We invite you to join colleagues from all disciplines and types of colleges and universities in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) discussions and presentations.

Through publications and conferences, IATS provides a scholarly forum for faculty and administrators to discuss all areas affecting college/university teaching and learning, and gives them the opportunity to share proven, innovative pedagogies and thoughtful insights about teaching.

IATS welcomes as members faculty, graduate students, and administrators who support and are interested in conducting and using the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. IATS members are encouraged to join in the planning for conferences and to serve as reviewers for IATS publications and conference proposals. 

Lilly Conferences are weekend Faculty Learning Communities that include SoTL papers, workshops, and seminars that are conducted across the United States throughout the academic year. 

Cover of JournalThe Journal on Excellence in College Teaching is a peer-reviewed journal published by and for faculty at universities and two-/four-year colleges to increase communication of SoTL among faculty about their classroom experiences, student learning through effective teaching, and interest and enthusiasm for the profession of college teaching.
